Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account access

BlushlySpace is intended for girls and women using the platform in line with its published community purpose and safety standards. You must be legally permitted to use the service in your location and must comply with all applicable laws.

You agree to provide accurate signup information, maintain the security of your account, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

2. Invite codes, approvals, and verification

Access to BlushlySpace may require an invite code, manual review, profile completion, identity review, age checks, email verification, phone verification, or other trust and safety steps. We may limit the number of invite codes issued to a user, deactivate invite codes, or revoke codes that are abused.

We may request additional information to confirm account eligibility, account ownership, age, safety, or compliance with platform rules.

3. Usernames, profiles, and account identity

You may be asked to choose a username, display name, and profile details. Usernames are subject to availability, moderation, platform naming rules, and anti-impersonation protections. We may reclaim, restrict, or remove usernames that are misleading, abusive, infringing, inactive, reserved, or unsafe.

Verified badges, trust indicators, and profile status markers remain controlled by BlushlySpace. A badge may be approved, denied, removed, or suspended at any time if requirements are no longer met or if trust or safety concerns arise.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use BlushlySpace to harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, impersonate, exploit, intimidate, deceive, or harm other users. You may not share malware, phishing links, spam, scam content, or attempts to collect passwords, payment data, or private account information.

You may not post or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, violent, exploitative, invasive of privacy, hateful, or intended to pressure someone into unwanted contact or intimate activity.

5. Intimate content and consent

BlushlySpace may prohibit or strictly limit intimate or sexually explicit content. If intimate content is allowed in any area of the service, it may only be shared in compliance with all applicable law, all platform rules, and all age, consent, and moderation requirements then in effect.

Regardless of whether intimate content is permitted in any feature, the following are always prohibited: content involving minors, grooming, coercion, sextortion, blackmail, revenge porn, non-consensual sharing, threats to leak intimate content, and reposting or distributing intimate content without clear consent.

We may remove intimate content, restrict distribution, lock accounts, preserve evidence, notify authorities where required, and permanently ban users involved in unsafe or unlawful behavior.

6. Messages, posts, groups, and uploads

You retain responsibility for the content you post, upload, send, or otherwise make available through the service, including text, images, audio, voice notes, group posts, hashtags, and profile materials. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to share your content.

By posting content to BlushlySpace, you grant us a limited right to host, store, process, format, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

7. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement

We may monitor, review, limit, remove, or preserve content and account activity where reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce rules, investigate complaints, or protect users and the platform. Reports submitted by users may be reviewed by moderators, admins, owners, service providers, or legal advisers as needed.

We may issue warnings, disable features, revoke badges, deactivate invites, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access. We may act with or without prior notice where necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance.

8. Privacy and safety

You should not assume that anything sent through an online service is completely risk free. Even where content is private by design, users remain responsible for what they choose to send, upload, or reveal. We encourage use of blocking, reporting, and privacy settings whenever needed.

If you become aware of suspected abuse, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any safety threat, you should report it immediately through the platform and, where appropriate, through local authorities.

9. Intellectual property

BlushlySpace, its branding, site design, original text, graphics, interface elements, and service features are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, resell, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, or exploit the service or its branded materials without permission.

10. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, workflow, verification step, invite system, or moderation tool at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent preservation of content or account features.

11. Termination

You may stop using BlushlySpace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, delete content, or restrict access if we believe you violated these terms, created safety risks, exposed the platform to legal risk, or otherwise used the service in a way that is harmful or unlawful.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BlushlySpace is provided on an as available and as is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no promise that the service will always be available, secure, accurate, suitable, or free from bugs, abuse, misuse by third parties, or interruptions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BlushlySpace and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, your reliance on content, user conduct, or inability to access the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BlushlySpace after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
